Problems solved by technology

[0003] Crude oil true boiling point distillation (TBP) curve analysis process is characterized by a large amount of samples, low degree of automation, and long analysis time, which cannot meet the requirements of rapid quality detection and on-line analysis of crude oil. Therefore, the gas chromatography simulated distillation method has been gradually developed. Although this method The analysis time and sample consumption are greatly reduced, and the degree of automation is improved, but the analysis time of each sample still needs more than 4 hours, and the operation is complicated, and it is difficult to realize online quality monitoring

[0060] (1) Determination of crude oil true boiling point distillation curve by standard method

[0061] Collect 200 crude oil samples from each major production area, and use the methods of GB / T 17280 and GB / T 17475 to obtain the mass yield of distillate components at the following 23 distillation temperatures: 65°C, 80°C, 100°C, 120°C , 140°C, 165°C, 180°C, 200°C, 220°C, 240°C, 260°C, 280°C, 300°C, 320°C, 350°C, 380°C, 400°C, 425°C, 450°C, 470°C, 500°C °C, 520 °C, 540 °C. The true boiling point distillation curve of the crude oil sample was drawn from the distillation temperature and the mass yield of the distilled components. Collect 160 representative crude oil samples to make up the calibration set.

[0075] According to the method of Example 1, the infrared spectra of the calibration set samples at 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, and 60°C are at 677~3060cm -1 The absorbance in the characteristic spectrum area is related to the measured value of the standard method of the true boiling point curve of the crude oil sample. The difference is that the infrared spectrum of the crude oil sample is treated with the second order differential and then the absorbance in the characteristic spectrum area is taken to establish a three-dimensional matrix. X , using the N-PLS method to establish a correction model for the yield of distillate components at 23 distillation temperatures used in the standard method, and then use the verification set samples for verification. The relevant statistical parameters for the establishment of the correction model are shown in Table 3. The infrared spectra of the three crude oil samples in the verification set were collected, and the calibration model established in...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for determining a crude oil true boiling point distillation curve by using infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the steps that: (1) various crude oil samples are collected; distillate component yields of the crude oil samples at every distillation temperature are determined with a standard method; and a crude oil sample yield matrix under each distillation temperature is respectively established; (2) infrared spectra of the crude oil samples under different temperatures are determined; a differential treatment is carried out; light absorbance at a 677-3060cm<-1> characteristic spectral region form a three-dimensional spectral matrix X (I*J*K); X is respectively subjected to a multidimensional partial least square method with a component yield matrix at each distillation temperature, such tat a correction model of distillate yield under each distillation temperature is established; and (3) infrared spectra of a crude oil sample requiring determination under different temperatures are determined under a same condition of that of the collected crude oil samples; a differential treatment is carried out; light absorbance at a characteristic spectral region form a three-dimensional spectral matrix of the crude oil sample; the matrix is introduced into the correction model of component yield under each distillation temperature established in the step (2), such that the crude oil sample true boiling point distillation curve is obtained. With the method, crude oil sample true boiling point rapid prediction is realized, such that a fast and convenient method is provided for determining crude oil processing scheme and optimizing production decisions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention is a method for predicting properties of crude oil from spectrum, in particular, a method for predicting real boiling point distillation (TBP) curve by using infrared spectrum of crude oil samples. Background technique [0002] Crude oil evaluation data is particularly important for crude oil market transactions and production and processing. For refineries, changes in market transactions and raw materials make refineries often use various crude oils and blended crude oils as raw materials. At the same time, in the process of crude oil distillation and pipeline transportation, the switching of crude oil also makes the crude oil mix naturally in the oil pipeline. If the change in the properties of crude oil cannot be detected in time, the frequent replacement and natural mixing of this crude oil will bring great difficulties to the efficient operation of the crude oil distillation unit. When the nature of crude oil fluctuates greatly, re...
