The measuring method provided by the invention applies an operating principle of the differential pressure transmitter, a sealing liquid in the diaphragm is transmitted on a measuring element, the measured differential pressure signal is converted to an electrical signal which corresponds to the differential pressure signal, pure water, pure oil and crude oil are utilized to respectively calculate to obtain a unit impulse voltage variation quantity, and finally the moisture content of the crude oil is figured out through the singlechip.
