Abstract

The invention discloses a method for decreasing the contamination rate of a cultivation stage during industrial edible fungus cultivation. The method is characterized by sequentially including the steps: 1) isolation, namely using isolating materials for isolating a local space in a cultivation workshop from other spaces in the cultivation workshop, wherein the local space is used for placement of cultivation materials after inoculation; 2) sterilization and disinfection, namely sterilizing and disinfecting the local space; 3) transferring, namely transferring the inoculated cultivation materials into the local space subjected to sterilization and disinfection; and 4) sterilization and disinfection, namely sterilizing and disinfecting the local space where the inoculated cultivation materials are placed. By means of isolation and disinfection of the local space in the cultivation workshop, the cleaner local space is formed in the contaminated cultivation workshop and used for cultivation of the inoculated cultivation materials, and accordingly the contamination rate of the cultivation stage caused by contamination of the cultivation workshop during industrial edible fungus cultivation is greatly decreased, and the method is convenient, quick and low in cost.
