Abstract

The non-curable water resistant coating is composed of 8-15wt% of asphalt, 30-40wt% of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 6-20wt% of naphthenic oil and or dioctyl phthalate, 2-5wt% of random polypropylene, 2wt% of micronized polyethylene wax, 7-15wt% of rubber powder, 2-15wt% of a C5 petroleum resin, 0.5-1wt% of a styrene-butadiene latex and 20-35wt% of a filler. The invention also discloses a production technology of the non-curable water resistant coating. The production technology comprises the following steps: 1, adding asphalt and the aromatic hydrocarbon oil, and heating to 180DEG C; 2, adding the rubber powder; 3, respectively adding the random polypropylene, the micronized polyethylene wax and the C5 petroleum resin at 180DEG C; 4, stopping heating, and adding the filler; 5, cooling to 160DEG C, and dumping the naphthenic oil and or dioctyl phthalate; and 6, dumping the styrene-butadiene latex when the temperature drops to 130DEG C.
