This invention relates to the field of
magnet technology, specifically disclosing a sheet
magnet for false eyelashes and its preparation method, addressing the problems of
magnetic powder agglomeration and difficulty in achieving both
toughness and sweat resistance in existing false
eyelash magnets. The raw materials, by
mass percentage, include 90%-99% composite NdFeB
magnetic powder and the remainder being
adhesive. The composite NdFeB
magnetic powder comprises core-shell NdFeB
powder,
polyamide fiber powder, and functional additives, including a composite
toughening agent, a
silane coupling agent, and a sweat-resistant dispersant. The
adhesive comprises SEBS, PP, and naphthenic oil. The core-shell NdFeB
powder uses NdFeB as the core material, with a silica and bio-based
polyester composite layer coated on the core surface as the shell material. This invention, through the synergistic effect of specific raw materials, combines
ultrasonic dispersion, bidirectional
magnetic field injection molding, and bio-based
coating modification processes, effectively solving the problems of uneven magnetic powder dispersion, edge burrs after molding, and poor
coating permeability in existing technologies.
