An air interlayer is formed between the glass cover plate and the heat absorption plate. Photovoltaic cells are evenly disposed on the top surface of the heat absorption plate, adjacent to the glass cover plate. The bottom surface of the heat absorption plate is evenly provided with micro flow stoppers. Two widthwise walls of the box below the bottom surface of the heat absorption plate are provided with an air inlet and an air outlet respectively. A through air channel is formed in the box below the bottom surface of the heat absorption plate. The flat-panel solar photovoltaic water-heating air-heating compound heat collector allows for frequency-by-frequency utilization of solar energy to generate electric energy and heat energy simultaneously, so that utilization rate of solar energy is increased greatly.
