Abstract

The invention discloses a mixer based on an exponential amplifier. The mixer based on the exponential amplifier comprises a first resistor and a second resistor. A first signal source is input into one end of the first resistor, and the other end of the first resistor is connected with a positive pole of a first diode. A negative pole of the first diode is connected with one end of a third resistor, and the other end of the third resistor is connected with an output end of an operational amplifier and outputs mixing signal voltage. A second signal source is input into one end of the second resistor, and the other end of the second resistor is connected with a negative pole of a second diode, and the positive pole of the second diode is connected with a negative polarity input end of an operational amplifier, and a positive polarity input end of the operational amplifier is connected with the ground. The positive pole of the first diode is connected with the negative pole of the second diode. The negative pole of the first diode is connected with the positive pole of the second diode. The mixer is simple in structure, free of debugging, capable of conveniently acquiring stable, high-accuracy mixing signals and easy to integrate, reduces circuit cost and satisfies various requirements in practical applications.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electronic technology, in particular to a mixer based on an exponential amplifier. Background technique [0002] A mixer is a non-linear device, and the output signal frequency is equal to the sum, difference, or other combination of the two input signal frequencies. [0003] The mixers in the prior art are usually diode mixers, balanced mixers and transistor mixers, all of which are composed of inductors and transformers. The above-mentioned mixer has a simple structure, can work in a relatively high frequency band, and output a mixed frequency signal. [0004] In the process of realizing the present invention, the inventor finds that at least the following disadvantages and deficiencies exist in the prior art: [0005] 1) The mutual influence between the various circuits of the above mixer is serious, and the combined frequency interference is also relatively large, resulting in the instability of the obtained ...
