Abstract

The invention discloses a coating extrusion technology of a membrane-core type controlled-release preparation. The coating extrusion technology comprises the following processes of: 1) fixing functional segments with a certain interval on a mandrel; and 2) coating the functional segments and the exposed surface of the mandrel among the functional segments with a coating material in a coating extrusion way. According to the membrane-core type controlled-release preparation, the length of a controlled-release membrane is greater than that of a segment containing a chemical agent, and the two ends of the segment containing the chemical agent are directly coated by the controlled-release membrane; and the efficiency is high and continuous extrusion can be realized.
