Abstract

The invention discloses busbars which comprise busbar conductors, ceramic silicon rubber insulating layers wrapped on the busbar conductors, and heat-shrinkable sleeves. The ceramic silicon rubber insulating layers are formed by ceramic silicon rubber composite belts in a winding mode or in an extruded mode. The invention further provides an intensive insulating bus duct which comprises a busbar protective shell and a plurality of busbars arranged in the busbar protective shell. The busbars are adjacently arranged in parallel side by side, and a ceramic foaming heat insulating layer is wrapped outside the busbars which are adjacently arranged in parallel side by side. Compared with the prior art, the ceramic silicon rubber insulating layer is excellent in flame resistance and fire resistance, even though the ceramic silicon rubber insulating layer exceeds duration of fire resistance to burn, the ceramic silicon rubber insulating layer can still be burned to form the firm protective shell which can prevent the busbar conductors from being damaged, and ensures the normal using function of the busbars. Except for the flame resistance and fire resistance of the ceramic silicon rubber, the ceramic foaming heat insulating layer has the advantages of small density, light mass, heat insulation, heat preservation and the like. Therefore, the ceramic foaming heat insulating layer can prevent the outside high temperature from being conducted to the interiors of the busbars, and ensure the normal using function of the busbars.
