Abstract

The invention provides a radial plunger hydraulic pump of a double-acting type outer rotor. The radial plunger hydraulic pump of the double-acting type outer rotor utilizes an outer rotor inner stator structure. A pair of oil absorption radial cams and an oil pressing radial cam are respectively installed in the rotor. Straight reciprocating motion of plungers along the radial direction is achieved through driving of the cams, and pressure oil liquid is obtained. The radial cams can transfer power to the plungers in a low friction rolling mode. Oil distribution of each plunger cylinder utilizes a mode that a sliding valve is alternately communicated with an oil absorption port and an oil draining port. The straight motion of each valve core of the sliding valve depends on the driving of axial cams which are symmetrically arranged on two axial end panels in the rotor. The axial cams can transfer the power to the valve core of the sliding valve in a low friction rolling mode so that the communication of plunger cavities and an oil inlet hole or an oil outlet hole is switched. An oil distributing shaft and a cylinder body do not rotate, sealing is reliable, and leakage quantity is low. The outer rotor inner stator radial plunger hydraulic pump has the advantages of being compact in structure, high in volume efficiency, low in abrasion and symmetrical in stress.
