Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the activity of a festuca arundinacea protective enzyme by using a complexing agent. The method comprises the following steps of: screening an acquired soil sample by using a 2-5mm sieve, and uniformly mixing for later use; selecting festuca arundinacea as the lawn plant; adding 100-160g of soil into a treated PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) with a gauze at the bottom; sowing 0.2-0.g of the festuca arundinacea seed in each container; when the festuca arundinacea grows for 25-30 days, respectively adding 5-10mmol.kg<-1> ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, aminotriacetic acid or diethyl triamine tetraacetic acid, wherein the temperature is 16-28 DEG C, the relative humidity is 36-50%, and the lighting condition is natural incident light in the culture period, and the whole experiment lasts for 60 days; and cutting the festuca arundinacea leaves and testing the POD and CAT activity indexes of the festuca arundinacea, wherein the result shows that when the concentration is 10mmol.kg<-1>, the complexing agent has good regulation and control function to the festuca arundinacea protective enzyme.
