The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating down; (2) manufacturing antibacterial and deodorant down fiber; (3) drying and sterilizing by ultraviolet; and (4) manufacturing the antibacterial and deodorant duvet. Compared with the prior art, by compounding a silver-based inorganic antibacterial agent RHA-T1 of NAFUR and a chitin antibacterial finishing agent SA-50DS of Japanese TK, the down fiber has a lasting antibacterial and deodorant function under the condition that a bonding agent is not added; and by a method of filling antibacterial fiber and the antibacterial and deodorant down fiber in a mixed way, the duvet has a more lasting antibacterial and deodorant effect, therefore, the aim of the invention is achieved.
