The floating stator motor comprises a motor shell, wherein an inner rotor and an outer rotor of which rotating axes extend along a front-back direction are rotationally arranged on the motor shell; a locking device is arranged between the outer rotor and the motor shell and is provided with a fixed end which is fixedly connected with the motor shell and a moving end which is capable of radially expanding and contracting towards the outer rotor; the moving end is provided with a locking position which is matched with the outer rotor in a blocking manner so as to enable the outer rotor and the motor shell to be relatively fixed, and an unlocking position which leaves the outer rotor so as to enable the outer rotor and the motor shell to relatively rotate; and a power output end of the floating stator motor is arranged on the inner rotor, and power input ends of the floating stator motor are arranged on the inner rotor and the outer rotor.
