The optical link terminal, the OTDR, the method and the system relate to the technical field of optical networks and enable an OTDR test and data communication to be carried out simultaneously and satisfaction degree of users to be improved. The optical line terminal includes a test-signal sending and receiving unit and a data-signal sending and receiving unit, wherein the test-signal sending and receiving unit includes an OTDR analog-digital converter, an OTDR processor, an OTDR emitting laser of a first wave length, a first photoelectric converter, a light-beam splitter and an optical splitter; and the data-signal sending and receiving device includes the first optical splitter, a second photoelectric converter and a burst mode limited amplifier.
