The preparation method comprises the following steps of: smashing herba cistanche scraps, extracting phenethyl alcohol glucoside (extracting for 4-6 hours at 50-70 DEG C in a 50-70% alcohol-water solution), embedding phenethyl alcohol glucoside with beta-cyclodextrin (embedding for 4-6 hours at 50-60 DEG C with a beta-cyclodextrin saturated solution), and preparing the tea ball (mixing 3-3.5g of herba cistanche powder and 0.5-1g of embedding substance powder, and bagging together to prepare the tea ball).
