Embodiment

[0046] This example provides an on-line analysis method for the carbon isotope of light hydrocarbon monomer hydrocarbons in pyrolysis products of source rocks. figure 1 The apparatus shown is carried out, including the following steps:

[0047] (1) Take 100g of the gray limestone core sample of a certain well, break it into particles with a diameter of 0.8-2.0mm, accurately weigh 3.0g of the broken limestone sample particles, and put it into the sample tube 2 in the pyrolysis furnace 1 , fill the two ends of the sample tube 2 with quartz wool;

[0048] (2) the sample tube 2 (the pyrolysis furnace 1 that places this sample tube 2 together) that limestone sample particle is housed is connected on the sample inlet of gas chromatograph 12, and guarantees that the interface is airtight;

[0049] (3) Regulate the pressure adjustment knob 7 on the thermal cracker controller 9, so that the indication of the carrier gas pressure display gauge 8 remains on 15psi;

[0050] (4) After th...

Abstract

The invention relates to an online analysis method for hydrocarbon carbon isotope of a light dydrocarbon monomer of source rock pyrolysis products. The method comprises the following steps: placing source rock sample particles into a sample pipe; connecting the sample pipe with a sample inlet of a gas chromatograph; adjusting the pressure of carrier gas of a pyrolyzer to 15 to 18psi; introducing the carrier gas to a pyrolyzing furnace for 5 to 10 minutes, and fully filling a liquid nitrogen cold trap with liquid nitrogen; heating the pyrolyzing furnace to be at a preset temperature, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes to obtain a hydrocarbon compound; lowering the temperature of the pyrolyzing furnace to 80 to 85 DEG C, removing the liquid nitrogen cold trap, and starting the gas chromatograph and an isotope ratio mass spectrometry; separating the hydrocarbon compound to single-molecule hydrocarbon compounds by the gas chromatograph; burning the single-molecule hydrocarbon compounds to obtain CO2; measuring the carbon isotope ratio of the CO2 by the isotope ratio mass spectrometry; and recording the carbon isotope ratio and generating a mass spectrum. The method provided by the invention has the characteristics of being high in reliability, convenient to operate, quick in analysis, and low in analysis cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an on-line analysis method for light hydrocarbon monomer hydrocarbon carbon isotopes of pyrolysis products of source rocks, and belongs to the technical field of petroleum geological exploration. Background technique [0002] At present, in oil and gas geochemical research, by studying the carbon isotope composition characteristics of conventional components in natural gas (such as: CH 4 、C 2 h 4 、C 3 h 8 ) has important theoretical and practical significance for determining the formation, migration, accumulation and source of natural gas, and many reports have been made so far. CN102253163A discloses a method for analyzing hydrocarbon carbon isotopes of trace hydrocarbon compounds monomers in natural gas, which includes the following steps: using solid phase extraction technology to enrich trace hydrocarbon compounds in natural gas, and then using gas chromatography to enrich The hydrocarbons are desorbed and separated by...
