Abstract

The invention relates to an immobilized enzyme microcapsule for repairing organic contamination soil and a preparation method thereof. The microcapsule is prepared from 3-5 parts of chitosan, 2-8 parts of sodium alginate, 2-8 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.2-0.6 part of CoCl2.6H2O. By utilizing the microcapsule, the enzyme encapsulation efficiency is increased; the production cost is lowered; and the stress-resistant index of enzyme is improved. Moreover, the microcapsule is prepared at normal temperature; compared with the prior art, the microcapsule can be used for greatly reducing the loss of raw materials, and the rate of finished products reaches 79%; and in addition, the immobilized enzyme is more stable than free enzyme.
