Provided is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating kidney deficiency and a preparation method therefor. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared from the following raw materials which are made into active ingredients. The raw materials comprise, by weight, 35-50 parts of giant salamander meat powder, 15-25 parts of pilose antler, 15-20 parts of epimediums, 14-18 parts of cinnamon, 16-21 parts of eucommia ulmoides and 40-50 parts of Chinese yams. The preparation method comprises steps: (1) giant salamanders are steamed, deboned, smashed and dried to obtain the giant salamander meat powder; (2) the pilose antler and the Chinese yams are dried at a low temperature, crushed and ground to powder; (3) the epimediums, the cinnamon and the eucommia ulmoides are added into clean water, the weight ratio of the materials to the water is 1:2-3, the mixture is firstly boiled over high heat, then decocted over gentle heat for 30-40 min until extract is obtained, and filtered, dregs of a decoction are removed, the extract is then dried and ground to powder; (4) the medicines obtained from step (1), step (2) and step (3) are mixed evenly. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation is used to treat kidney deficiency diseases. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation is mild and advantaged by rapid effect, obvious curative effect, supplement for treatment and minimal side effects.
