The invention relates to a vasovagal syncope therapeutic apparatus, which comprises a host and a pair of therapeutic trousers, wherein the host comprises a timer, a mode switch, a master control module, an execution module, a power circuit, an air pump, a pressure adjusting valve, a pressure gauge and a plurality of electrical control air valves, wherein an air outlet end of the air pump is connected with an air inlet end of the pressure adjusting valve through a pipeline; the pressure gauge is connected with the pressure adjusting valve through a pipeline; an air outlet end of the pressure adjusting valve is connected with air inlet ends of the electrical control air valves through pipelines; air outlet ends of the electrical control air valves are connected with a plurality of dependent air bags on a trouser leg of the therapeutic trousers through pipelines respectively; the power circuit is used for providing power for the master control module and the execution module respectively; an instruction input signal is transmitted to the master control module by the timer and the mode switch; the master module receives the instruction input signal of the timer and the mode switch and outputs a pulse signal to the execution module to control power-on or power-down of the air pump and the electrical control air valves.
