In the preparation, the mass of the effective ingredients of pyraclostrobin and famoxadone accounts for 1%-80% that of the composition; and the residual parts are auxiliary components that are permissible and acceptable in pesticides. The preparations of the sterilization composition can be missible oil, suspension preparation, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, water emulsion, microemulsion, granules and microcapsules. The sterilization composition is mainly used for preventing and treating important diseases such as powdery mildew, rust diseases, glume blight, net blotch, downy mildew, late blight and the like in ascomycetes, bassidiomycetes and oomycetes subclass.
