Abstract

The invention discloses an absorbent material used for collection of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in the ambient atmosphere. The absorbent material is polyurethane foam absorbing XAD-2 resins. The preparation method is as follows: first, a suspension of XAD-2 resins is prepared; polyurethane foam (PUF) is immersed in the suspension and is subjected to immersion treatment to obtain the absorbent material; the absorbent material is installed on a traditional PUF passive sampler, and placed in the field environment to realize effective adsorption and collection of POPs in the ambient atmosphere. The absorbent material is a material special for collection of persistent organic pollutants in the ambient atmosphere, and has advantages of large adsorption capacity, good adsorption effects, strong adsorption durability and the like compared to traditional PUF materials and XAD resin materials.
