Problems solved by technology

[0002] The rapid development of environmental analysis technology has greatly improved the pretreatment and detection level of environmental samples. However, the current development of sampling technology, especially for the collection of atmospheric samples, is not only limited by the geographical location of the environment, but also by the sampling instrument itself. Sampling is difficult, and the process is time-consuming and labor-intensive
At present, the commonly used atmospheric sampling instruments in the world are divided into active and passive samplers. The active sampler has the advantages of short sampling time, accurate and quantitative sampling volume, and reliable results. However, the sampler is large in size and needs to be driven by electricity. It is suitable for large-scale field sampling; while the traditional passive sampler makes up for these shortcomings of the active sampler. It has the advantages of small size, easy to carry, no need to use power supply, and long sampling time. It is very suitable for multi-point sampling of atmospheric samples. However, its sampling volume cannot be accurately quantified, which also brings certain limitations to its popularization and application.

Embodiment 1

[0025] Embodiment 1, preparation and application of adsorption material

[0026] 1) XAD resin treatment: Grind the XAD-2 resin and pass it through a 100-mesh sieve; fill the resin into the stainless steel extraction tank of the accelerated solvent extractor (ASE) for extraction and cleaning, the extraction solvent is acetone, the solvent volume is 100mL, and the extraction temperature is 100°C. The pressure is 1500psi (10.3MPa), the static extraction time is 8min, the cycle is 2 times, and the nitrogen purge time is 120s.

[0027] 2) PUF treatment: take a PUF disc with a diameter of 14cm and a thickness of 1.35cm, punch a hole in the center (diameter 0.8cm), then wash it with deionized water, fold it after drying, and fill it into an ASE stainless steel extraction pool for extraction and cleaning. The extraction solution is acetone and n-hexane in sequence, the solvent volume is 100mL, the extraction temperature is 100°C, the pressure is 1500psi (10.3MPa), the static extractio...

Embodiment 2

[0033] Embodiment 2, the application of adsorption material

[0034] Such as image 3 Shown is a schematic diagram of the adsorption material of the present invention being used to collect POPs pollutants in the atmosphere, wherein 1. the upper half of the sampler housing; 2. the adsorption material; 3. the lower half of the sampler housing; 4. Sampler holder.

[0035] 1) Fix the atmospheric passive sampler in the field environment.

[0036] 2) Remove the lower part 3 of the sampler housing, install the prepared adsorption material 2 on the sampler fixing frame 4, and then reinstall the sampler.

[0037] 3) After the sampling is completed, remove the lower part 3 of the sampler housing, take out the adsorption material 2, wrap it in aluminum foil, seal it in a tight bag, and bring it back to the laboratory for frozen storage. The sampler is reinstalled and a sampling is completed.

[0038] The adsorption material of the present invention can be used for as long as 4 months...

Abstract

The invention discloses an absorbent material used for collection of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in the ambient atmosphere. The absorbent material is polyurethane foam absorbing XAD-2 resins. The preparation method is as follows: first, a suspension of XAD-2 resins is prepared; polyurethane foam (PUF) is immersed in the suspension and is subjected to immersion treatment to obtain the absorbent material; the absorbent material is installed on a traditional PUF passive sampler, and placed in the field environment to realize effective adsorption and collection of POPs in the ambient atmosphere. The absorbent material is a material special for collection of persistent organic pollutants in the ambient atmosphere, and has advantages of large adsorption capacity, good adsorption effects, strong adsorption durability and the like compared to traditional PUF materials and XAD resin materials.
