Abstract

According to the transcranial ultrasonic brain regulating and controlling method, short-pulse ultrasounds generated by a focused ultrasonic transducer pass through an ultrasonic coupling medium and then are transmitted to the head of a sample, and then nervous physiological change is caused by the mechanical effect; a focused ultrasonic detector is driven by a three-dimensional electric scanning platform to achieve scanning and then ultrasonic stimulation is carried out on different parts of the head. The transcranial ultrasonic brain regulating and controlling device comprises a water tank filled with the ultrasonic coupling medium, the focused ultrasonic transducer, a power amplifier, a signal generator, the three-dimensional electric scanning platform, a driving motor, a computer provided with motor control software, a connecting rod and a plastic film, wherein the focused ultrasonic transducer, the power amplifier and a function generator are electrically connected in sequence, the three-dimensional electric scanning platform, the driving motor, and the computer provided with the motor control software are electrically connected in sequence, and the focused ultrasonic transducer is connected with the three-dimensional electric scanning platform through the connecting rod.
