The filling medium provided by the invention comprises 5-70 wt% of calcium nitrate, 25-90 wt% of sodium nitrate and 1-10 wt% of water. The filling medium provided by the invention is nontoxic and harmless to the human body and environment. The manufacturing technique of the penetration piece comprises the following steps: heating the filling medium, filling the molten medium into an original tube blank, cooling, extruding the original tube blank, and melting to remove the filling medium to obtain the penetration piece. The filling medium provided by the invention is healthy and environment-friendly, can easily implement industrial large-scale production, and can effectively lower the production cost.
