Problems solved by technology

However, it is difficult to achieve the service hardness required for self-vulcanized rubber sheets in the case of a short construction period (for example, the construction period of the important plant water system of a nuclear power plant is only a few hours to dozens of hours), so the vulcanization time must be shortened by heating and shrinking.
In general, steam or electric heaters are used to heat up. The disadvantages of these two heating methods are as follows: 1. It is impossible to partially vulcanize the self-vulcanized rubber sheet, which will cause the rubber in the non-repaired area to be over-vulcanized and the hardness is too high. Accelerate the aging of rubber; 2. When using electric heaters such as heaters, infrared heaters, and oil heaters to raise the temperature, electric heaters below the safe voltage must be used, and there may be risks such as electric shock and fire. 1. The electric heater is difficult to heat up and cannot evenly heat up; 4. It must be processed inside the closed equipment, and it is difficult to keep the heat in the open equipment

Embodiment 1

[0019] Embodiment 1: A self-vulcanized rubber lining local heating patch using electrochemical energy self-heating material, when using self-vulcanized rubber 1 (that is, self-vulcanized rubber plate) to repair the partially damaged rubber lining, the self-vulcanized rubber 1 is locally heated to Shorten its vulcanization time.

[0020] See attached figure 1 shown. The self-vulcanized rubber lining local heating patch using electrochemical energy self-heating material includes a self-heating layer 2 , a breathable layer 3 and an insulating layer 4 covering the outer periphery of the extruded flat self-heating layer 2 .

[0021] Self-heating layer 2 The heating layer is composed of electrochemical energy self-heating materials, which are composed of reduced iron powder, activated carbon powder, expanded vermiculite, sodium chloride, sodium polyacrylate and water. The mass content percentages of the above components are: reduced iron powder 50-70%, activated carbon powder 5-15...

Abstract

The invention relates to a self-vulcanized rubber lining local heating patch utilizing an electrochemical energy self-heating material. When self-vulcanized rubber is adopted to repair a rubber lining with local damage, the self-vulcanized rubber is locally heated to shorten vulcanizing time of the self-vulcanized rubber. The self-vulcanized rubber lining local heating patch comprises a self-heating layer formed by the electrochemical energy self-heating material, a breathable layer coating the periphery of the self-heating layer, and an insulating layer; the breathable layer is provided with an upper breathable layer and a lower breathable layer respectively formed on the upper side surface and lower side surface of the self-heating layer; the insulating layer is attached to the upper breathable layer; the lower breathable layer is attached to the self-vulcanized rubber to be heated. The self-vulcanized rubber lining local heating patch disclosed by the invention can adopt different shapes and sizes according to a region required to be heated, so that the self-vulcanized rubber to be heated and vulcanized can be subjected to local heating and heat preservation, rubber in a non-repair region can be prevented from being excessively vulcanized to have excessively high hardness; the self-vulcanized rubber lining local heating patch is uniform to rise the temperature, can easily carry out heat preservation on a region to be repaired and has lower potential safety hazard.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a patch for locally heating the repairing material: self-vulcanizing rubber when repairing a rubber lining. Background technique [0002] With its superior chemical stability, rubber can effectively isolate corrosive media and metal substrates, and is widely used as anti-corrosion lining in power plant water treatment systems, circulating water systems and chemical plants. However, due to construction defects or mechanical damage during the maintenance process, as well as the aging of the lining material during service, it is inevitable that the rubber lining will be partially damaged. [0003] For the defects of the rubber lining, self-vulcanized rubber sheets are often used for repair. However, it is difficult to achieve the required service hardness of self-vulcanized rubber sheets in the case of a short construction period (for example, the construction period of the important plant water system of a nuclear power ...
