Abstract

The precipitation particle simulation unit is composed of a set of precipitation particle patches, wherein the transmission property of the precipitation particle patches is same as the transmission property of real precipitation particles, and the stimulation precipitation particle patches are taken from images formed by raindrops of different sizes, snowflakes and hail of different shapes and the like. The precipitation particle control unit comprises a microcontroller, base platforms, supports, a rotating shaft arm, a stepping motor and a transparent disc, wherein the stepping motor drives the transparent disc to rotate around the rotating shaft arm, and the rotating shaft arm is supported by the supports. The precipitation particle simulation unit is fixed on the transparent disc and driven by the stepping motor to rotate at a certain adjustable speed, and the movement speed of precipitation particles is determined by the positions of the precipitation particles and the rotating speed of the transparent disc.
