Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an antistatic cashmere overcoat. The method comprises the following steps: soaking a cashmere overcoat into water containing a washing agent; adding a fulling agent, rinsing the soaked overcoat with hot water, dehydrating and drying the overcoat, and removing defects on the surface of the overcoat; placing the processed cashmere overcoat on a pulling and shearing united machine to be pulled and sheared repeatedly, and using a teazle machine to smooth villus; performing padding processing on the cashmere overcoat in a dipping solution containing an antistatic finish agent, then drying the overcoat, and performing constant temperature processing at the temperature of 115-150 DEG C for 0.5 to 2 hours, wherein the antistatic finish agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polyoxyethylene polyamine, 15-20 parts of sulfuric acid betaine, 20-30 parts of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, 1-5 parts of a silane coupling agent and 0.5-1.0 part of a sodium polyacrylate dispersing agent. The adopted antistatic finish agent performs antistatic finish on the cashmere overcoat, has an excellent antistatic effect, can be firmly bonded with clothing fibers, and is high in durability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a production method of an antistatic cashmere coat. Background technique [0002] The static electricity generated by clothing made of different materials will make the clothes entangled with each other, making it inconvenient to wear. When the charge of the clothing material and the skin are different, they will be attracted to each other and the phenomenon of "skirt hugging the legs" will appear, making it difficult for people to walk. Due to severe static electricity, chemical fiber clothes are particularly easy to absorb dust particles with different charges in the air, which can easily stain the clothes; chemical fiber clothes are also particularly easy to absorb dandruff. Wearing chemical fiber underwear next to the body will cause itching on the skin and reduce the wearing comfort. Wearing chemical fiber clothes, due to frictional electrification, the static voltage generated is very high. When touching conductive obje...
