Abstract

The invention relates to a PEEK (polyether-ether-ketone) wear-resisting shaft sleeve applied to a heald frame of a textile machine. The wear-resisting shaft sleeve comprises a shaft sleeve main body and an extending part protruding out of the main body. A shaft sleeve through hole is formed in the shaft sleeve main body, and a regular hexagonal frame is arranged outside the shaft sleeve main body. The shaft sleeve, which is made from a PEEK material instead of traditional metal or alloys, can be resistant to a high temperature reaching up to 260 DEG C and has an excellent wear-resisting property and a long service life; since the shaft sleeve takes the PEEK with high strength, self lubrication and good high temperature resistance as a base material and is reinforced by carbon fibers, the shaft sleeve is moderate in strength and hardness; with addition of teflon and graphite, the lubricating property of the shaft sleeve is kept, a friction piece is also protected from being damaged in a friction process, the friction coefficient of the modified shaft sleeve reaches up to 0.35, and compared with a metal sleeve with the friction coefficient higher than 0.5, the shaft sleeve provided by the invention has the advantages that the damage to the friction piece is alleviated effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a polyetheretherketone (PEEK) shaft sleeve, in particular to a high-strength, self-lubricating, high-temperature-resistant, wear-resistant outer hexagonal wear-resistant shaft sleeve used for textile heald frames. Background technique [0002] The heald frame is an important part of the loom. It is a frame with heald rods and driving parts connected by the upper and lower beams and the left and right side rails. It is easy to cause fatigue during high-speed movement, so it is self-lubricating and wear-resistant. A well-performing bushing will extend the life of the heald frame as much as possible. The usual shaft sleeve materials are alloys, copper, or some engineering plastics with strong wear resistance. However, in the process of use, these materials have more or less defects, such as high price, complicated process, great damage to abrasive parts, insufficient temperature resistance, and accelerated temperature rise during...
