The rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of fluorosilicone rubber, 10-20 parts of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, 15-30 parts of styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-20 parts of isoprene rubber, 10-20 parts of white carbon black, 2-5 parts of calcium sulfate, 5-10 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of sulfur, 1-3 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 2-3 parts of zinc oxide and 1-2 parts of an anti-aging agent. Shoe soles prepared form the shoe sole rubber composition provided by the invention have abrasion resistance and good elasticity.
