Abstract

The invention discloses an obliterative cholangitis postoperative navel applying agent and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving a treatment problem of the obliterative cholangitis. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1), distilling tetrapanax papyriferum, pleurotus and radix sophorae flavescentis with vapor, extracting volatile oil for future use, and reserving dregs; (2), crushing geckos and rice-grain sprouts into fine powder for future use; (3), uniformly mixing prismatomeria tetrandra, gulfweeds, poncirus barks, equisetum hiemale, ternate buttercup roots, wild mints, leaves and twigs of common claoxylon and the dregs obtained in the step (1) for alcohol extraction twice, mixing two-time alcohol extracts, filtering, recycling alcohol and decompressing and concentrating to obtain extract; and (4), adding the fine powder obtained in the step (2) into the extract obtained in the step (3), uniformly mixing, drying at 60 DEG C, crushing into fine powder, adding polysorbate-80 to prepare particles, drying, granulating, spraying the volatile oil obtained in the step (1), uniformly mixing, and sub-packaging to obtain the agent. Clinical experiment proves that the obliterative cholangitis postoperative navel applying agent has characteristics of good curative effect and high safety for bypass postoperative use of the obliterative cholangitis, and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a umbilicus-applying agent for postoperative stricture cholangitis and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Stenotic cholangitis is a biliary tract lesion of unknown etiology and slow course. The disease is characterized by extensive fibrosis of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary tracts, with marked thickening of the tube wall and marked narrowing of the lumen.
