Problems solved by technology

[0002] Traditional buoys must replace batteries regularly, which adds a lot of cost to the use of buoys. Once the battery is not replaced in time, the consequences will be disastrous; so some people have tried to use wind turbines to power buoys. This is an environmentally friendly method, but , which also brings a series of problems: firstly, it affects the integrity of the navigation mark in appearance, and then because of the serious corrosion of fan blades and generator shafts on the water surface, especially for navigation marks in sea areas, and the Due to the inadvertent collision of passing ships, it is finally not suitable for use in navigation aids due to these defects; the self-powered maintenance-free navigation aid of the present invention completely overcomes the above-mentioned shortcomings, and an eccentric generator is installed in the navigation aid to provide uninterrupted power supply for the aid of navigation. A perfect self-powered, maintenance-free practical buoy

Embodiment Construction

[0017] Self-powered maintenance-free buoy.

[0018] Such as figure 1 , figure 2 Shown: The self-powered maintenance-free navigation mark includes: eccentric wheel (1), multi-stage rare earth permanent magnet alternator rotor (2), multi-stage generator stator (3), rotating shaft (4), dielectric storage medium (5), Servo circuit board (6), red laser diode assembly and photoreceptor assembly (7), impact-resistant rubber housing (8), fixing bolt ring (9), sealing fastening bolt (10), sealing rubber gasket (11) , photoreceptor (12); under the action of the vibration of water waves and wind and waves, the eccentric wheel assembly in the eccentric wheel generator inside the navigation mark: integrated eccentric wheel (1), generator rotor (2), rotating shaft (4 ) will be displaced with the stator (3) to generate high-efficiency alternating current, which will be rectified by the servo circuit board (6) to charge the storage medium (5), and provide working current to the red laser d...

Abstract

The invention provides a self-powered maintenance-free navigation mark. According to the self-powered maintenance-free navigation mark, an eccentric wheel generator is arranged on a navigation mark body floating on the water surface. Under the action of vibration of water waves and stormy waves, an eccentric wheel (1), a generator rotor (2) and a rotating shaft (4) of an eccentric wheel assembly in the eccentric wheel generator of the navigation mark will shift with a stator (3) to generate high-efficiency alternating current, wherein the eccentric wheel (1), the generator rotor (2) and the rotating shaft (4) are formed integrally. The alternating current is rectified through a servo circuit board (6) to charge an electricity storage medium (5) and to supply working current for a red laser diode group. The red laser diode group emits red signals to the surrounding to play a role of the navigation mark. The servo circuit board (6) senses the conditions of visibility through a light sensing unit (12). In the daytime, red laser diodes are all turned off so as to save electricity, and in the night or in the low-visibility weather such as a foggy day or a rainy day, the red laser diodes are turned on to emit red laser signals outwards. Consequently, the self-powered maintenance-free purposes of the navigation mark are achieved.
