When vacuum rapid-quenching, an electric arc of a vacuum rapid-quenching furnace is used to heat neodymium to allow same to be molten to generate a liquid metal, and the liquid metal that overflowed is melt-spun by a molybdenum melt-spinning wheel at a linear speed of 21.5 meters per second. Water at room temperature is used to cool a vacuum rapid-quenching furnace body and a material-receiving tank and is recycled, while a cooling water is used to cool the molybdenum melt-spinning wheel.
