Abstract

The heat-conductive silicone grease composition is prepared by compounding the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 10-20 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 60-70 parts of a heat-conductive filling material, 3-5 parts of dicumyl peroxide, and a coupling agent accounting 0.5-2% by weight of the heat-conductive filling material, wherein the heat-conductive filling material is a mixture of silicon carbide, aluminium powder and boron nitride, and the coupling agent is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of distearoyl isopropoxy aluminate, 30-40 parts of isopropyl trioctanoyltitanate and 30-40 parts of isopropyl triisostearoyltitanate.
