Problems solved by technology

At present, there are some commercial heavy metal ion detection test papers on the market, some of which are prepared by soaking the organic solution containing the indicator and drying it. The fixation of the indicator is not fully considered, which leads to the easy decolorization of the test paper; The indicator is prepared by mixing with the pulp, the production process is cumbersome, and the detection sensitivity is not ideal
In addition to simple visual colorimetry, there are currently imported spectral colorimeters on the market, but most of these colorimetric devices can only evaluate one indicator, and cannot eliminate the confusion when multiple samples respond to the same indicator at the same time. mutual interference

Embodiment Construction

[0044] A colorimetric sensor array based on filter paper is used for the detection of various trace heavy metal ions. The sensor includes water absorption pools, hydrophilic channels, and heavy metal ion chelating agents that are independent of each other and distributed in a circular structure. .

[0045] Use a wax-jet printer to draw hydrophilic channels on the quantitative filter paper, and fix different heavy metal ion indicators on the same positions of the corresponding channels; use the heavy metal ion indicators fixed on the quantitative filter paper as sensing materials to construct sensors Array; each hydrophilic channel is terminated with a water-absorbing unit fixed with a polymer water-absorbing material, and the heavy metal ion solution reacts with the indicator through the hydrophilic channel, and at the same time, by means of the water absorption of the rear-end polymer material, the heavy metal ion solution It can continuously flow through the indicator, enric...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting multiple trace heavy metal ions through a colorimetric sensor array. The method comprises the steps of drawing specific hydrophilic channels on quantitative filter paper through a wax spray type printer, respectively fixing several heavy metal ion indicators in the respective hydrophilic channels to form an indicator array, and connecting a water absorption unit fixed with a macromolecular water absorption material to the rear end of each channel, wherein a heavy metal ion solution generates reaction with the indicators through the hydrophilic channels; furthermore, under the water absorption action of the macromolecular materials at the rear ends, the heavy metal ion solution can continuously flow through the indicators and generate enrichment reaction, so that the aim of half-quantitative measurement on contents of eight trace heavy metal ions in water can be achieved. Color imaging equipment is used for collecting color changes of the indicators in front of and behind different heavy metal ions and constructing a fingerprint of each heavy metal ion. In a test process, a mathematical statistics method is adopted; a sample atlas is compared with the fingerprints, so that unknown heavy metal ions can be qualitatively and half-quantitatively analyzed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sensor, in particular to a method for detecting multiple trace heavy metal ions in water using a colorimetric sensor array based on filter paper. Background technique [0002] In recent years, a series of environmental problems caused by the rapid development of the global industrial economy have caused serious harm to the balance of the ecosystem and human health, and have attracted widespread attention. Water is the source of human life, and it is closely related to the harmonious and unified development of nature and human beings. Therefore, the pollution of water resources has become one of the hot issues in the environmental field. Among the many water pollutions, heavy metal pollution accounts for a considerable proportion. In view of its characteristics such as easy bioaccumulation, biomagnification effect, and high toxicity, timely early warning, rapid analysis, detection and effective treatment of heavy metal polluti...
