Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of producing a bacteriostatic thin film from waste plastics. The production process comprises the following process steps: (1) selecting raw materials: selecting 30-40wt% of waste rubber obtained by crushing waste SBR (synthetic rubber formed by polymerizing styrene and a butadiene emulsion) tires, 15-20wt% of calcium carbonate and 55-60wt% of industrial waste sand as the raw materials, wherein the raw materials contain 5kg of waste engine oil per 100kg; and the industrial waste sand includes waste plastics, coal ash and calcium carbonate; (2) crushing and grinding; (3) stirring and smelting; (4) melting and mixing; (5) molding; (6) grading and packaging; and (7) molding plate products. The production process is rational and simple; the process flow is greatly reduced, the production cost is reduced and the yield is increased; besides, the particles formed are smooth in surface so that the formation of dust is reduced or avoided in the feeding and blending processes of production, and the particles formed are capable of meeting the requirements of the production process; the production method is accurate in feeding and matching and low in deviation; and the quality of the product is guaranteed and the yield of an enterprise is effectively increased.
