The invention discloses a solid-phase extracting method of a furfural component in transformer insulating oil, which extracts the furfural component by utilizing a solid-phase extracting device with a high-selectivity solid-phase extracting PEP (Polar-Enhanced Polymer)-SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) small column; the solid-phase extracting method comprises the following steps: (1) installing the PEP-SPE small column on a vacuum extractor; (2) activating the column by utilizing normal hexane, and then removing the residual normal hexane; (3) getting an oil sample and enabling the oil sample to flow through the PEP-SPE small column at a constant speed, wherein furfural in the oil is adsorbed in the PEP-SPE small column; (4) cleaning non-furfural component left in the oil sample in the column by utilizing the normal hexane, and then removing the residual normal hexane; and (5) getting methanol to clean the furfural adsorbed in the PEP-SPE small column. The solid-phase extracting method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the furfural component in the transformer insulating oil is separated by adopting the solid-phase extracting method, operation method is simple, cost is low, extracting rate is high and stable, quantitative analysis requirements are satisfied, and beneficial reference is provided for analysis of subsequent furfural content and aging assessment of the transformer solid insulating material.
