The tempering oil composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: a) 0.5 to 8 parts of antirust agent; b) 0.1 to 8 parts of cleaning dispersion agent; c) 0.05 to 3 parts of antioxidant; d) 0.001 to 3 parts of brightening agent; e) 75 to 98 parts of basic oil; the antirust agent is selected from at least one of sulfonate or dodecenylsuccinic acid; the cleaning dispersion agent is selected from at least one of alkenyl succinimide, polyisobutene bissuccinimide, polyisobutene poly-succinimide or macromolecular succinimide; the antioxidant is selected from at least one of phenolic antioxidant or amine antioxidant; the brightening agent is selected at least one of imidazoline oleate or methyl terpene resin.
