Abstract

The oil composition is characterized by containing lecithin and having an acid value of more than 0.1 and not more than 8. The method for producing the lecithin-containing oil composition is characterized in that the lecithin-containing oil composition is obtained by adding one or more types of the following to the oil: a sesame oil, an olive oil, a peanut oil, and an oil from which the fatty acid has been removed, or for which a part of the refining process has been omitted.
