Problems solved by technology

[0009] The first method can record the action time of each SOE signal as consistent, but cannot verify the sequence; the second method may be able to verify that the sequence is consistent with the actual situation, but it may not be accurate to indicate that the recording is at the 1 millisecond level

Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0024] Because the SOE event recording resolution of the distributed control system involved in the present invention generally requires to reach the millisecond level, the period of the square wave pulse signal sent by the standard frequency signal interval generator is at least 1ms, that is, the frequency of the pulse signal is 1KHZ. Of course, if the system requires more accurate time error accuracy, the frequency of the pulse signal sent by the standard frequency signal interval generator will be higher.

[0025] This embodiment illustrates the present invention by taking the time error accuracy requirement of the SOE event record of the distributed control system as 1 ms as an example to illustrate the present invention. For systems with higher time accuracy, this example can be analogized:

Abstract

The invention relates to a testing method of multiple-event sequence recording accuracy in a large-scale distributed control system. According to the method of the invention, a pulse signal generator of which the precise frequency is 1KHz generates continuous pulse signal output, and the pulse signal output is used for testing event testing accuracy and time recording resolution of a sequence-of-event recording device (SOE) station. With the testing method adopted, two or more synchronous or asynchronous signals of which the difference value is 0.05 ms can be accurately identified, such that the accuracy of testing of the event relative time scales of a sequence-of-event recording device can be ensured, and therefore, the technical performance index of the sequence-of-event recording device can be verified, and judgment basis can be formed for event analysis generated in the actual operation of the system. The testing method is advantageous in easiness in material acquisition and relatively low cost.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to the testing of large-scale distributed control systems, substation comprehensive automation systems, hydropower station comprehensive automation systems and PLCs, in particular to a method for testing the accuracy of multi-event sequence records in large-scale collection and distribution control systems. Background technique [0003] In large and medium-sized distributed control system DCS (Distributed Control System), substation automation system (Comprehensive Automation System of Transformer Substation), hydropower station automation system (Comprehensive Automation System of Hydroelectric Power Station), small and medium-sized control system PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) , often often involves the monitoring of a large number of equipment status. These devices may be on and off states such as switch contacts, circuit breaker contacts, and reclosing signals. For the monitoring of these contact signals, accord...
