Abstract

The invention discloses a voltage anomaly detection device which can precisely detect the voltage anomaly of a power supply well. A numerical control apparauts comprises a voltage anomaly detection circuit which comprises a reference circuit and an PFGA. An R-phase reference circuit divides a three-phase alternating-current voltage, and the R phase serves as the reference. When the potential difference between the R phase and the lower one of S and T phases is higher than a specified voltage, a pulse is outputted. An S-phase reference circuit divides the three-phase alternating-current voltage, and the S phase serves as the reference. When the potential difference between the S phase and the lower one of R and T phases is higher than the specified voltage, a pulse is outputted. A T-phase reference circuit divides the three-phase alternating-current voltage, and the T phase serves as the reference. When the potential difference between the T phase and the lower one of R and T phases is higher than the specified voltage, a pulse is outputted. The FPGA is used for analyzing the pulses outputted by the reference circuit, detecting whether there is a voltage anomaly or not, and detecting a voltage value. Accordingly, the numerical control apparauts can precisely detect whether there is an anomaly in the three-phase alternating-current voltage well.
