Problems solved by technology

The ionic antibacterial agent mainly loads metal ions with antibacterial effect on a certain carrier, and exerts antibacterial effect by slowly releasing metal ions, but its disadvantages are also obvious, such as weak anti-mildew and anti-fungal effects, and high cost. Easy to change color, etc.

Embodiment 1

[0027] A preparation method of fabric antibacterial finishing agent, comprises the steps:

[0028] (1) Add 50 parts of polymerizable polyurethane prepolymer and 55 parts of water into the reaction kettle, heat to 60°C to dissolve completely, and dissolve 1 part of initiator sodium persulfate with 15 parts of water for later use;

[0029] (2) In the range of 60-75°C, add 10 parts of acrylic acid and an aqueous solution of initiator dropwise in 1-2 hours, keep the reaction at 80°C for 2 hours, and cool down to 40°C;

[0030] (3) Slowly add 15 parts of silver ammonia solution, and stir evenly, then add 5 parts of reducing agent formaldehyde, use silver mirror reaction, stir and react at 40°C water bath temperature for 1 to 2 hours, and obtain the fabric antibacterial finishing agent;

Embodiment 2

[0032] A preparation method of fabric antibacterial finishing agent, comprises the steps:

[0033] (1) Add 75 parts of polymerizable polyurethane prepolymer and 70 parts of water into the reaction kettle, heat to 60°C to dissolve completely, and dissolve 1.5 parts of initiator ammonium persulfate with 15 parts of water for later use;

[0034] (2) In the range of 60-75°C, add 15 parts of acrylic acid and an aqueous initiator solution dropwise within 1-2 hours, and keep the reaction at 80°C for 2 hours, then cool down to 45°C;

[0035] (3) Slowly add 20 parts of silver ammonia solution, and stir evenly, then add 8 parts of reducing agent glucose, use silver mirror reaction, stir and react at 45°C water bath temperature for 1 to 2 hours, and obtain the fabric antibacterial finishing agent;

Embodiment 3

[0037] A preparation method of fabric antibacterial finishing agent, comprises the steps:

[0038] (1) Add 100 parts of polymerizable polyurethane prepolymer and 85 parts of water into the reaction kettle, heat to 60°C to dissolve completely, and dissolve 2 parts of initiator potassium persulfate with 15 parts of water for later use;

[0039] (2) In the range of 60-75°C, add 20 parts of acrylic acid and an aqueous solution of initiator dropwise in 1-2 hours, keep the reaction at 80°C for 2 hours, and cool down to 50°C;

[0040] (3) Slowly add 25 parts of silver ammonia solution and stir evenly, then add 12 parts of reducing agent trisodium citrate, use silver mirror reaction, stir and react at 50°C water bath temperature for 1 to 2 hours, and obtain fabric antibacterial Finishing agent;

Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-bacterial finishing agent for a fabric. The anti-bacterial finishing agent is prepared by reacting polymerizable polyurethane prepolymer, acrylic acid, an initiating agent, an ammoniacal silver nitrate solution, a reducing agent and water. The anti-bacterial finishing agent with a molecular chain surface containing silver ions is obtained from a high-molecular emulsion which takes polyurethane as a main part and contains a right amount of carboxyl in a molecular chain by reacting carboxyl and the ammoniacal silver nitrate solution in the presence of a catalyst. The anti-bacterial finishing agent disclosed by the invention overcomes the defects of digestion and transfer of a silver-loaded anti-bacterial agent and enhances the durability of the silver-loaded anti-bacterial agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses an antibacterial finishing agent for fabrics, belonging to the technical field of textile auxiliaries. technical background [0002] Antibacterial agents currently used in textiles are generally divided into three categories: natural antibacterial agents, organic antibacterial agents and inorganic antibacterial agents. [0003] Inorganic antibacterial agents mainly refer to preparations in which silver, copper, zinc and other metals or metal ions that have antibacterial ability are loaded on inorganic carriers. The bactericidal ability of silver is many times greater than that of copper and zinc, so most of the commercialized inorganic antibacterial agents are silver-based antibacterial agents. However, general silver-loaded antibacterial agents have problems of uniform dispersion in the medium, long-term aging, self-migration and slow-release of antibacterial components (silver ions) in the carrier. These problems are mainly ...
