Abstract

The invention provides a method for producing dendrobine by inducing dendrobium candidum by salicylic acid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) planting the dendrobium candidum seeds on the surface of a 1/2MS culture medium; culturing under the condition that the temperature is 23-25 DEG C, the light intensity is 1500-1700lx and the light-dark ratio is 10h/14h to obtain a dendrobium candidum tissue culture seedling; and (2) dissolving salicylic acid by 0.1% anhydrous ethanol solution to prepare salicylic acid mother liquor with the concentration of 5mmol/L; adding the salicylic acid mother liquor into the 1/2MS culture medium till the final concentration of salicylic acid is 145-155 mu mol/L; then, transferring the dendrobium candidum tissue culture seedling to the 1/2MS culture medium with salicylic acid and culturing for 29-31 days under the condition that the temperature is 26-28 DEG C, the relative humidity is 66-68%, the light intensity is 1800-2000lx and the light-dark ratio is 12h/12h.
