Abstract

The 3-mm waveband receiver at least comprises a receiving antenna, a low-noise amplifier, a local oscillation signal source, an orthogonal frequency mixer, an orthogonal coupler and an intermediate-frequency amplifier, wherein the receiving antenna is used for receiving radio-frequency signals; the low-noise amplifier is used for amplifying the radio-frequency signals received by the receiving antenna; the local oscillation signal source is used for generating local oscillation signals; the orthogonal frequency mixer is used for mixing the frequency of output signals of the low-noise amplifier and the frequency of the local oscillation signals generated by the local oscillation signal source, and generating and outputting two paths of orthogonal intermediate-frequency signals; the orthogonal coupler is used for performing power synthesis on the two paths of output signals of the orthogonal frequency mixer, and generating and outputting one path of single side band signals; the intermediate-frequency amplifier is used for amplifying the single side band signal outputs by the orthogonal coupler.
