[0004] At present, there is no literature report on the industrial extraction method of phlorizin in the leaves and twigs of Begonia chinensis in Hubei. Only in the determination of phlorizin content, methanol is used as a solvent for extraction, and low concentrations are mostly used for extraction with apples as raw materials. Extraction with ethanol solution, there is no precedent for extracting phlorizin from leaves and twigs of crabapple leaves and twigs in Hubei using water as a solvent in industrial production

Embodiment 1
[0024] Example 1 The extraction method of the present invention
[0025] Take 300kg of Hubei crabapple leaves, add water and reflux for extraction three times, add 8 times the amount of water for 60min at 80℃ for the first time, add 5 times the amount of water for 60min at 80℃ for the second time, and add 3 times the amount of water for the third time. Reflux and extract at 80°C for 60 minutes, and combine the three extraction solutions.
Embodiment 2
[0026] Example 2 The extraction method of the present invention
[0027] Take 350kg of Hubei crabapple leaves, add water and reflux for extraction three times, add 10 times the amount of water for 60min at 80℃ for the first time, add 3 times the amount of water for 60min at 80℃ for the second time, and add 3 times the amount of water for the third time. Reflux and extract at 80°C for 60 minutes, then combine the three extraction solutions.
Embodiment 3
[0028] Example 3 The extraction method of the present invention
[0029] Take 400kg of Hubei crabapple leaves, add water and reflux for extraction three times, add 9 times the amount of water for 60min at 80℃ for the first time, add 4 times the amount of water for 60min at 80℃ for the second time, and add 3 times the amount of water for the third time. Reflux and extract at 80°C for 60 minutes, then combine the three extraction solutions.

Abstract
The invention provides a method for extracting phloridzin of malus hupehensis (pamp.) rehd. The method comprises the operation steps as follows: leaves or/and twigs of malus hupehensis (pamp.) rehd are taken and added with water for reflux extraction for three times, for the first time, 8-10 times amount of water is added for reflux extraction for longer than 60 plus or minus 5 min at the temperature of 80 plus or minus 2 DEG C, for the second time, 3-5 times amount of water is added for reflux extraction for longer than 60 plus or minus 5 min at the temperature of 80 plus or minus 2 DEG C, for the third time, 3-5 times amount of water is added for reflux extraction for longer than 60 plus or minus 5 min at the temperature of 80 plus or minus 2 DEG C, and extracting solutions of the three times are combined to obtain phloridzin. With the adoption of the method, only water is taken as a solvent, phloridzin of malus hupehensis (pamp.) rehd can still be effectively extracted, and convenience is provided for large-scale industrial production.
Description
Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for extracting phloridin from Hubei crabapple. Background technique [0002] Phloridin was first extracted from apples, apple bark and leaves, etc. It is a flavonoid glycoside compound formed by the combination of phloretin and glycosides as glucosides, and belongs to dihydrochalcone glycosides. Current studies have shown that phloridin has a unique effect on the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications, as well as good antioxidant, anti-cancer, and whitening effects. [0003] Hubei crabapple (Malus hupehensis (Pamp.) Rehd.), produced in Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Guangdong, Gansu, Shaanxi, Henan, Shanxi, Shandong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou. In the forest on the hillside or valley, the altitude is 50-2900 meters. Begonia hubei contains phloridin, and the content of each part ranges from 0.9% to 13%. Among them, the twigs and leaves of Begonia hubei have the highest cont...
