Abstract

A novel organic-inorganic composite reinforcing material and a producing method thereof are disclosed. The composite reinforcing material comprises an A component and a B component, wherein the A component comprises 40-60 parts of polyether polyol, 10-30 parts of modified inorganic powder, 1-2 parts of castor oil, 1-2.5 parts of acrylic acid, 0.5-1 part of a catalyst, 10-20 parts of a crosslinking agent, 5-15 parts of a flame retardant and 10-15 parts of a plasticizer; the B component comprises 100 parts of polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate or diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate; and the B component and the A component are mixed in a ratio of 1:1. Borane is adopted as a modifier, thus largely improving coagulation caused by the density of the inorganic powder. The product fills the gap in the market. By adding the modified inorganic powder, the production cost is reduced. The strength of the product is high and is increased from original 80 MPa to more than 120 MPa. The product has advantages of good toughness, high adhesive force, even density distribution, good fluidity, flat surfaces, and the like. Each performance index can fully meet market needs and meet requirements of the national standards.
