The invention provides a grouping pseudo random rotation thermometer decoding circuit comprising a D-trigger module which is used for data transmission; a connection module which is used for performing binary weight distribution on data outputted by the D-trigger module and generating a thermometer code with binary weight and is connected with the D-trigger module; and a randomizer which is used for performing randomized rotation processing on the thermometer code outputted by the connection module and is connected with the connection module. According to the grouping pseudo random rotation thermometer decoding circuit, conversion speed and precision of a digital-to-analog converter can be enhanced. Meanwhile, the circuit design is simple in structure so that area of the decoding circuit can be reduced.
