Embodiment Construction

[0026] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0027] Such as figure 2 and image 3 As shown, the front end of the UHF RFID receiver of the present invention includes a transfer switch 1, a low noise amplifier 2, a transformer 3, an active balun 4, a first mixer 5, a second mixer 6, a first off-chip A filter 7 , a second off-chip filter 8 , a first transimpedance amplifier 9 , a second transimpedance amplifier 10 , and a phase-locked loop 11 . The working frequency of the front end of the receiver is in the range of 840MHz to 960MHz, and it is implemented in standard CMOS technology.

[0028] exist figure 2 Among them, when the UHF reader is working, it is necessary to turn on the LBT working mode to detect whether a certain channel is occupied. At this time, the received signal only has the useful signal f(t). After finding an idle channel, the reader can transmit the modulation signa...

Abstract

The invention provides a transformer with a self interference signal offsetting function and an ultrahigh frequency radio frequency identification device (RFID) receiver front end based on the same. The transformer comprises a normal phase coupling coil, a reverse phase coupling coil and three ports. The receiver front end comprises a conversion switch, a low noise amplifier, the transformer, an active balun, a first mixer, a second mixer, a first outer filter, a second outer filer, a first trans-impedance amplifier, a second trans-impedance amplifier and a phase-locked loop. The conversion switch enables the receiver front end to be converted between a high gain working mode and a low gain working mode. The high gain working mode is that the conversion switch is connected with the low noise amplifier to enable signals to be transmitted to the active balun and a follow-up module through the low noise amplifier. The low gain working mode is that the conversion switch is connected with the transformer to enable the signals to be transmitted to the active balun and the follow-up module through the transformer. The two working modes are separated, in the low gain working mode, a self interference signal offsetting technology based on the transformer is adopted, and the problem of high power carrier signal leakage can be effectively solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a wireless communication electronic system, in particular to a transformer with the function of canceling self-interference signals and a front end of an ultra-high frequency RFID receiver based on the transformer. The invention is especially applied to the UHF RFID reader system. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology and the rapid growth of application requirements, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been widely concerned in the research field and industry. Compared with traditional automatic identification technologies such as barcodes and smart cards, radio frequency identification technology has the characteristics of non-contact, low cost, long distance, high speed, and large capacity, and can obtain information on identification objects more conveniently and quickly. , anti-counterfeiting and other fields have a wide range of demand and application pro...
