Abstract

A lentinula edodes culture medium comprising jasmine flower broken bits is disclosed. The culture medium is characterized by being prepared from following raw materials by weight: 45-55% of saw dust, 30-40% of auxiliary materials, 10-15% of the jasmine flower broken bits, 1-2% of sugar, 0.8-1.6% of gypsum and 0.3-0.6% of magnesium sulfate. By using the culture medium comprising the jasmine flower broken bits, growth of infectious microbes is effective inhibited in a growing process of the lentinula edodes, the yield and the quality of the lentinula edodes are improved, and an antioxidation function of the lentinula edodes can be enhanced. In addition, the jasmine flower broken bits which are a waste material and added into the culture medium are low in cost, full utilization of resources is achieved, and more than 17% of the cost of the culture medium is reduced.
