The heat-recovery thermostatic bath circulating device is provided with an output end and an input end which are respectively connected with a user side and is characterized by comprising a cold solution box, a hot solution box, a constant-temperature solution box and a compressor, wherein the cold solution box is provided with a refrigerating coil pipe I and a temperature sensor I; the hot solution box is provided with a heating coil pipe and a temperature sensor II; the constant-temperature solution box is provided with a heating device and a temperature sensor III; the compressor, the heating coil pipe and the refrigerating coil pipe I are sequentially communicated with one another to form a refrigerant circulating loop I; the cold solution box and the hot solution box are communicated with the constant-temperature solution box through a fluid adjusting device I and a fluid adjusting device II, respectively. The heat-recovery thermostatic bath circulating device recovers condensation heat generated in the refrigerating process and utilizes the recovered condensation heat to adjust the temperature of a working solution of the device, so that the integral efficiency of the device can be improved. The invention also provides a constant temperature method of the heat-recovery thermostatic bath circulating device.
