The invention discloses a preparation technology of a hot-rolled galvanized plate, which comprises the following steps: preparing a hot-rolled plate: heating a baseplate, and roughly rolling and finely rolling the baseplate to obtain the hot-rolled plate; pre-processing the hot-rolled plate: cleaning the hot-rolled plate by acid pickling and rinsing; preparing a galvanizing solution which comprises the following chemical constituents in percentage by weight: 0.2-0.4 percent of aluminium, 0-0.175 percent of antimony and zinc in balancing amount; conducting hot galvanizing after annealing, wherein the annealing temperature is 740 DEG C, temperature is controlled according to the trapezoidal curve of the baseplate heating temperature when the plate face of the hot-rolled plate is heated, the temperature of the galvanized plate ranges from 405 DEG C to 465 DEG C, and the temperature of a zinc bath is 460 DEG C; conducting cooling after galvanizing the hot-rolled plate.
