The invention relates to a serialized direct evaporation type ice-water cold accumulation double-cold-source air conditioning system which is used for refrigerating by a high temperature type water-cooled compression condensing unit by utilizing low-price electric power in the electricity trough period at night; the high-pressure refrigerant liquid is directly sent into an evaporator after being throttled for evaporative refrigeration by applying the 'throttling refrigeration effect' principle of 'Joule-Thomson' law, so that apparent heat and latent heat of water in an ice storage tank are absorbed, and the aims of ice making and cold accumulation are achieved. The system comprises a double-temperature ice storage system, a temperature and humidity separately-control air conditioning terminal system, a PLC (programmable logic controller) intelligent control system, etc. A new concept that partial load ice-making cold accumulation is replaced by full load ice storage is applied; three technical innovation measures including adopting a 8-18 DEG C high-temperature difference water supply mode, adopting a temperature and humidity double-control air conditioner running mode and taking the high temperature type water-cooled compression condensing unit as an ice storage cold source mode are adopted, wherein the refrigerating capacity of the high temperature type water-cooled compression condensing unit is higher than the rated refrigerating capacity by 25-30%.
